Ladies,
Today, by my standards, has gone well.
I got up this morning had some cereal with soy milk. Went to the gym, ran for 15 mins and went on the bike for 15 mins. Came home ate an apple and an 86 cal museli bar (delicious!) went to uni ate some lollies (naughty) and a coke zero.. went back to the gym on the cross trainer for 40 min, ran for 10 mins and did some sit ups and push ups. For dinner I had ratatouille and chicken... Probably a few too many calories but I was happy with my gym work out. Now if I can just keep this up everything will be peachy.

Sorry this post in INCREDIBLY boring...I'm in a rush!!

P.s Alice that meal plan is amazing! I always feel so, i dunno, like I'm not dieting but i think if i followed something like that I totally wouldnt eat bloody lollies all the time!!
