Yes a realise I overate on the rice thins but theyre just so god damn good, guess thats something I'll have to work on. Also I'm going away this weekend with my boyfriend anyone has any tips to avoid eating?

EDIT: Dinner 200ml of homemade chicken and vegetable soup( can anyone tell me how many calories that would be? I based it on campbells soup which was 135...then i really fucked things up with 50gm of cashews which have a whopping 302 cals not going near those babies again. I think i probably ate too much today so better luck tomorrow. Off to netball now
After following the progress of many diet blog. I' ve decided to start my own. I don't know it anyone will care but I need to loose weight. I hope that if i have people following me and watching me I will be more sucessful. I've lost alot of weight before but only with the help and support of a few girlfriends doing the same thing. This time I'm on my own but hopefully you will help me?

So a little bit about me... I'm attempting to keep myself annoyonmous incase anyone i know finds me. But basically like many of you I've always agonised about my weight. It probably started when i was in year 8 or 9. Classical scenario of me in the expensive shop's dressing room trying on all the pretty dresses in the store for the races, well attempting to try and none of them fitting. From that point on my weight has flucuated from about 55kg to 78kg but this time i intend to find a happy medium and STAY THAT WAY.

I started looking at thinspiration about 1/2 a week ago and thats when i decided I was really going to make this happen this time. Wish me luck.
