Is that easy to follow? I dont know.. i cant print screen it onto here so copy and paste will do for now. I'll load dinner later and I'm playing netball tonight too! Yes a realise I overate on the rice thins but theyre just so god damn good, guess thats something I'll have to work on. Also I'm going away this weekend with my boyfriend anyone has any tips to avoid eating?
EDIT: Dinner 200ml of homemade chicken and vegetable soup( can anyone tell me how many calories that would be? I based it on campbells soup which was 135...then i really fucked things up with 50gm of cashews which have a whopping 302 cals not going near those babies again. I think i probably ate too much today so better luck tomorrow. Off to netball now
