After a shower tonight I weighed in at 65.6! I'm so happy I'm sure to see 65 by friday!! I do however have a problem to share with you. As you all know I've been on the master cleanse, however I havnt been having the daily recommened amount.I'm meant to have 6-8 glasses and I've been having 4, max! Tonight I had the worst headache and pms pain and I was hungry so I have a banana smoothie (soymilk, banana, yoghurt, ice) I feel alot better and it was 250ml glass... Have I fucked everything up? I know I defiantly have by the master cleanse standards, althought they do allow you to eat fruit if you absolutly need it, I don't know how beyonce would feel about yoghurt.. What do you guys think, be honest, what do you have when you fast?

I don't think the yoghurt would have been that bad, and won't have too much of an impact in the long run. Especially if you haven't been consuming the recommended amount. So don't stress about that (:

I guess by the master cleanse standard you've fucked up their plan, but by general fasting standards you are probably still ok.
ReplyDeleteMy personal preference is not to have any dairy, so I make my smoothies with almond milk or just ice (so it's kind of like a slushy)
Keep it up though, I know you'll still reach 65!
