Hi everyone,
Sorry I havnt been around much, well I have been around but I've been eating HEAPS well not heaps but just not healthily and I'd rather not report it. I've been fluctuating from 65.6- 66.5ish so I'm not too dissapointed. On Monday I'm going skiing for a week but after that I'll be back in full swing. You may wonder why I dont take the oppurtunity to starve every fat cell off my body, but I'm going with my boyfriend... Small goal for the week: Don't drink too many hot chocolates and fall into the hot chip trap. Wish me luck.. See you next week

Have fun on your ski trip (: Being cold makes your burn more calories, so hopefully that'll make up for the hot chocolate and hot chips! Don't worry, you aren't being shit. Take your time with the email, I'll read it when you send it (:

Don't worry too much about eating, just try and have fun with your boyfriend. You can't always force yourself to ignore food. Think of this as a break. Try and enjoy it and when you get back, you can always lose after that. And we'll always be here when you do. <3
