So yesterday started off really well...
I've started working at a child care center and in the morning I went to the gym and went on the cross trainer for 30 mins then the stepper for 20 mins. Which I thought was a good effort as I havnt been to the gym in about a month!! how ferel is that?!

Anyway, Yesterday I ate a porridge sachet, a cup a soup and a fruit salad( probabaly onlt 500 cal all up..?). I had planned on going home before going to my boyfriends at night so I could get away without eating dinner but he needed me to pick him up straight after work and I was so bloody hungry and headachy I ate a WHOLE BOWEL OF PASTA. Argh!! I'm so mad at myself!
Then this morning I made us toast so I had 4 peices of toast too. So first 2 days have gone well. not. But I promose to make up for it the rest of the week.

Tonight I'm going to a spin class and I'm working for the rest of the week and I plan to go to gym as often as I can..
However, Tomorrow night my boyfrind is hosting a bbq with on other couple so I need any tips possible to help me get through it. Even if I eat perhaps I should take some back- up laxitives? Help me girlies :(

Anyway, hope your all doing better than I am. Oh btw I'm 66.7, well I was yesterday morning :|

  1. I'm always a bit nervous with laxatives, particularly combined with public situations! I reckon, if you're boyfriend's hosting the bbq then there'll be heaps for you to do, help make salad, ensure everyone has a drink/plate/cutlery, and if you make some of the food you can always say "I've been picking all evening so I couldn't eat another bite at the moment" and then as time passes everyone will be too tipsy to notice. (This will be more convincing if you make salad with someone and actually nibble on some vegies, and raw vegies are ALWAYS good for you anyway! And they won't affect your calorie intake too much at all.)

Good luck with it mate, social situations are such a bad trigger for me. I'm proud of you for not backing out like I would! You're awesome!

  3. Guh. BBQ = food + Aice = disaster + binge = depression.

<3 Good luck with the gym. You work at a child care centre? That's great! I love kids. I'm studying them at college. :P
