Last night was very painful, I was throwing up which was actually quite good because I refuse to eat anything today to start off my fast. I decided to do just a liquid fast (dont really know what that entails) but I'll make myself so healthy low cal smoothies for breakfast and dinner so I can still work out (bar today as I still feel horrible)if I'm really bad I'll allow myself a cup a soup (100 cal)
