  2. i wish i had a puppy :(
i'd be a lot happier, because puppies can love you unconditionally truly because they simply don't care what's wrong with you.
    lol take care<333

Darling, I don't mind about posting my meal plan, in fact, here it is right now (I'll post it later on just like you asked, anyway):

    Breakfast:
I eat protein for breakfast. So this could be...eggs, old-fashioned oatmeal, muesli, a protein-packed shake. Something along those lines. This morning I had: 2 slices of Vienna bread with a quarter of an avocado spread over and then a sliced hard-boiled egg on top!

    Lunch:
I usually have a salad or a salad sandwich for lunch - sometimes soup. Today I'm having an asparagus frittata (again lots of protein) with some sliced spinach thrown on top.

    Dinner:
Dinner is where I get my daily serving of veggies. When I'm feeling lazy I cook some brown rice and steam some veggies and mix. Occasionally I'll have tuna or salmon with a Caesar salad. Pasta is good - but I only have it once a week. Tonight I'm planning on making chow mein - so that will be my weekly serving of pasta.

    Snacks
I eat HEAPS of fruit for snacks. For example, today I had a banana and three strawberries for my morning tea. I plan on having a few nuts for afternoon tea.

I drink a cup of green tea with every meal I eat. And I take vitamins. I don't eat dairy - I am lactose intolerant, instead I drink fake milk and it's got a lot less calories than real milk. I don't eat any meat except for salmon and tuna. I don't eat potato. When I want something sweet and chocolatey - I have hot chocolate instead.

So basically, I have a low-carb, high protein diet. Hope this helped?
