I have never been more excited to be back at uni. The week off really screwed up my plans. This week its tea, fruit, vegetables, gym, running, swimming ANYTHING... I'm so glad to have a routine back! Im going to really restrict myself even at my boyfriends house I will learn Portion control and i will be 1.5 kilo's light by this time next week... Hope your all doing well and good luck to all you lovely ladies and your fasting :)




It's killing me My super skinny friend has decided she needs to loose more weight I wish she knew how she looked and how boring she is when it's all she speaks about! Okay, yes I know I'm doing the same thing to you guys, but I enjoy listening/ reading about you and hopefully you are the same for me.
This week will be great!

    i have a couple of tiny friends who always go on about how they need to loose weight etc and it drives me mad. at least i keep my madness to the blogging world where we're all in this together!

  3. ohh good i freakin love porridge. you can buy this one at the supermarket thats saltana and apple yum yum. and it comes in portions so you dont overeat it either
