Small Victories
I went to the gym tonight, and either i've gotten fitter or my body was running on the copius amounts of carbs i ate over the weekend and i ran 5km!! I could believe it, it took me about 35 mins and i felt awesome... but when i told my boyfriend (as i couldnt believe it, i was so proud of myself) he said i bored him.... I hope i don't bore you girls. I'm so upset at him, I've always been proud of my small fitness victories... anyway i hope to do this every morning from now on + some exercise in the evening, resrict my intake but hopefully when it comes to the weekends it wont matter if I'm a little bit naughty...

Oh, Anja your so fine...you make me want to cut my hair, but I wont

  1. boys are weird- you don't bore me, I'm thrilled with your victory.

    If I try and share my small running victories he usually responds with 'that's it?' implying it's not impressive & I should have done more.

    & I know running everyday will certainly help forgive some naughtiness over the weekend

    the gained weight you have mentioned in your previous post may be muscle mass, it's heavier than fat.

  4. Wow at the 5km run! I'm about to go out and do a 5km walk lol and I feel somewhat inferior :) I'm glad you liked the story haha and no it probably wouldn't go down well at the local kindergarten..

    Thanks for the advice about concentrating in lectures. I think I shall try the apple technique. Back when I was an art student I used to practically LIVE off berocca, although it got to the point where water just diluted the effects so it was munch munch. Oh gosh I'm SUCH a retard.
