So I had that party on wednesday night, It was fun, I didnt drink too much (3 ruski's and a pulse) and I hardly ate anything during the day....(Did you know that when you eat and drink alcohol, your body works on trying to break down the food and the alcohol turns to fat) I didnt get a chance to come on yesterday but it was not good. Today I weighed in at 68.3 but its probably all just fluid loss, I can help but wonder how much i would weigh IF i didnt eat lasange (veg, but still..) Pasta bake and a large mcnuggest meal....I dont even like maccas that much but when my boyf gets it I can't resist and I dont and then i'm like yer i would probabaly be happier not eating that... need to learn that restrait especially around others...How do you all do it?
Today I'm studying for uni, I've been feeling to guilty about uni and eating so I wont eat much either, and go to the gym this arvo, then im working tonight... it's going to be hard as I work in food and I'm unsupervised = not good.
Edit: Im really really crappy, I didnt get any homework done, and i didnt go to the gym. I had a total of 591 cal. its 7pm and im starving, I've already eaten dinner. WHY is dieting SO hard!!

We all give in to cravings sometimes & saying no is especially hard when others are obviously enjoying their meals. Always keep in mind no matter how many times you slip up, you just keep trying, keep counting calories and get back on track, don't let it discourage you.
