Today I wanted to start 2,4,6,8 remember? Well anyway, i decided to make a plan last night of the things i would eat for the day it went something like this...
B'fast: Greentea
Lunch: Corn
Dinner: Soup
even then that was like 240 cal

and did I do it? nope! It really scared me to be completely honest, yes i'm desperate to loose weight. I can eat little but not that little! so heres how my day went
B'fast: 2 Weetbix (117)+ Soymilk (19)
Lunch: Cup a soup 100 cal(my new bestie)
Dinner: Undecided, I might just not eat it! (probs will)
Snack: 6 savoys (118), 1 slice of cheese (85)

Plus, Ive decided I'd start going to the gym twice a day, or at least doing two lots of exercise for the day...so at 12pm I trecked off to the gym and burnt off 200 cal on the cross trainer for 1/2 hour. then spent 10 mins on the bike.
I just got back from the gym again where i spent 20 mins on the stepper and 20 mins on the tredmill. I've got some really great routines that keep me busy because sometimes i get super bored at the gym...
anyone else feel the same way?
Whats on your workout playlist?
Sorry this is a really uninteresting post, I spent the rest of the day sleeping and studying and not going to uni.

THE body- how could she not thinspire you?

  1. Maybe you could try going backwards with the 2468? I like to follow it 8,6,4,2,4,6,8 then I feel like it's not so hard.

I think I may follow it that way starting today, thanks for the reminder.

Finding what works for you is more important than following a plan anyway, hope this helps or you find something else

  2. This is a response to your comment:
my boyfriend never believes me when i tell him i'm full or that i already ate... it's really hard to lose weight around him, cause he knows about my eating problems. He thinks that I've recovered.. hahaha but i always try and find ways to eat less than what he thinks i ate :)

p.s. even though you didnt follow your original plan, i still think your intake is actually really small. My intake is actually quite big... which i need to fix haha
