Probabaly had about 100 more cals last night...
But today I'm upset: It sounds like im in year 3 again but a girl i thought was a good friend didnt invite me to her party. Anyway the best revenge is looking good, right? Defiantly heading to the gym today. I weighed in at 68.5 so I'm pretty happy considering my crappy week off uni. next week will be better i would like to be 67kg by next week. Besides i know this girls weakness(though i havnt seen her in ages) I know shes desperate to be skinny so it'll kill her even more ;)
So I want to attempt the 2468 diet, I think it will work well considering i dont see my boyfriend till friday next week (due to uni) I could start on Tues (I wont eat much on sunday or monday either) (200cal) Wed (400cal) Thurs(600 cal) Friday (800) That was I wont eat anything till i see him on friday and he wont be sus.
What do you know about this diet?

Then i went to the gym and ran for 20 mins and and the cross trainer for 20 mins. I hoping to up the cardio, just need time for my body to adjust (I got quite dizzy) (-415( I dont believe this))
